Thirty-three years ago, our company was founded in a very different America. Al Gore had not invented the Internet, mobile phones were rare and almost as big as a bread box, and businesses relied on fax machines, paper files, and face-to-face meetings to conduct daily operations. Over the past three decades, we have witnessed extraordinary change—digital transformation, globalization, advances in technology, and new ways of working which have reshaped every industry.
