West Virginia Legislative Session Adjourns Sine Die

The West Virginia Legislature adjourned sine die on March 14. Out of the 2,100 bills introduced between both houses, only 303 managed to pass. Passed bills include a cut to personal income tax, a raise in teacher and state police salaries, and energy stabilization plans that will more than double the state’s electricity output by 2050.
